What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards—Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club—plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Shop Pay.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not at the moment, though we’re actively considering gift cards for the near future.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Free. Shipping. Always. No hidden fees—just free delivery to your door.
When will my items ship? Can I request a specific delivery date?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from one of our 12 U.S. warehouse locations. You’ll see an estimated delivery window at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number. For special delivery arrangements, please contact FedEx directly. Any extra charges or restrictions are determined by FedEx.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders process within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 2 days after shipping. You’ll get a FedEx tracking number once shipped. For special instructions, contact FedEx directly.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, then another email with your FedEx tracking number once your order ships. Customer Care can assist before shipment; FedEx provides the most accurate updates after shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States (not including Hawaii and Alaska).
What shipping partners do you use?
All shipments are handled by FedEx.
Can you ship to an APO or PO Box?
Unfortunately, FedEx does not deliver to APO or PO Box addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I cancel my order?
Yes—if you cancel before your order ships, there’s no charge. Once loaded onto a FedEx trailer, an order cannot be stopped in transit.
How do I return an order?
We’ll provide a prepaid FedEx return label, and the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. You can schedule pickup or drop off at FedEx.
How long do I have to request a return?
A return must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Completion can occur after that window, as long as the request was initiated in time.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges unless the product arrives defective. Contact Customer Care for assistance.
How do I file a warranty claim?
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty coverage, please use our Contact Us form or call us. Customer Care typically responds within 1 business day.

PRODUCTS

What is the smell from my product after unboxing it?
It’s common for new furniture to have a noticeable smell after unboxing. This is harmless and naturally fades. To help, remove plastic packaging and let the product breathe in a well-ventilated room. Most odors disappear within a few days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are primarily manufactured in Vietnam. We focus on sustainable materials such as Rubberwood (often called “Asian Oak”), harvested only after the tree’s latex cycle ends.
What is the weight limit for your beds?
Our beds are stress tested with 600 lbs at the midpoint of each side rail simultaneously, proving they can support well over 1,000 lbs total.
