Order Tracking

For each order you place with ComfIQ, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email, then another email with your FedEx tracking number once your order ships. Customer Care can assist before shipment; FedEx provides the most accurate updates after shipment.

You may track your order by copying the provided tracking number or numbers, one-by-one, into Fedex.com's search bar - or for faster tracking, enter a tracking number directly into Google's search bar.  Google is programmed to recognize FedEx tracking numbers and should provide you a search result link directly to your tracking in FedEx's system.

Should you not receive an email notification from ComfIQ, via email, with your order's tracking information, please reach out to our Customer Care Team for assistance by leveraging our Contact Us. It will be our pleasure to assist you before, during, or after you take delivery of your order.
