At ComfIQ, every product we create reflects our commitment to exceptional quality, smart design, and lasting value. To stand behind that promise, we offer the ComfIQ Limited Warranty on all ComfIQ products purchased new.
What’s Covered
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. If a defect arises within one year of the purchase date, ComfIQ will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective product — ensuring you continue to experience the quality and value we stand for.
Manufacturing defects include (but are not limited to):
- Structural failures not caused by misuse
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship occurring under normal use
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Products purchased second-hand
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Modifications or alterations made to the product
- Use outside of residential settings
Requirements
- Proof of purchase (original sales receipt or invoice) is required.
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
- The Warranty becomes active on the date of purchase
How to File a Claim
If you believe your product has a covered defect:
- Stop using the product immediately.
- Contact ComfIQ Customer Service.
- Provide proof of purchase, photographs of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
