  • Standard Ground Shipping only (sorry, we do not expedite, but average delivery is ~3 business days)

4.3 Damaged Packages

  1. Keep all packaging and damaged goods for inspection.
  2. Take clear photos of damage (box exterior and product).
  3. Use our Replacement Parts form or Contact Us to submit your claim.
  4. Attach your order number, tracking number, and photos to expedite processing.
