We want you to love your purchase—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns Accepted Within 30 Days

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

🔁 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in new, unused condition
• It must include all original packaging, parts, and accessories
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

🔄 Replacement

We’re happy to offer replacements for items that arrive:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Missing parts

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We will pick, inspect, pack, and ship replacement parts (or an entirely new unit if necessary) at no cost to our customers.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
